About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our Practice Development Team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering educational initiatives and supporting the development of clinical practice across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to the delivery of educational initiatives, including face-to-face, virtual, and 1:1 sessions, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Provide expert advice, knowledge, leadership, support, and motivation to establish clinical practice based on research evidence. Contribute to standard setting and regular audit in line with the Trust's commitment to Clinical Governance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Registered Nurse on the NMC register, with a mentorship course or equivalent. Experience of mentoring, supervising, and assessing students in practice, as well as involvement in educational initiatives. Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and programmes.
