Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our Practice Development Team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to contribute to the delivery of educational initiatives and support the development of clinical practice based on research evidence.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of educational initiatives, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice.

• Provide expert advice, knowledge, leadership, support, and motivation to establish clinical practice based on research evidence.

• Contribute to standard setting and regular audit in line with the Trust's commitment to Clinical Governance.

• Monitor and review clinical and professional standards of care, reporting on performance and instituting remedial action as necessary.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse on the NMC register.

• Mentorship course or equivalent, or knowledge and experience of teaching techniques and learner needs.
