Educator for Children with Learning Disabilities

GSL Education is looking for a talented SEN Teacher to join our team in Kingston upon Thames.
This role offers a competitive daily pay rate of £145-£230 and provides opportunities for professional development and career progression.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification and experience working with children or young people in an SEN setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualised lessons tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Develop and implement effective learning plans to meet each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals.
- Assess and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children or young people in an SEN setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience and empathy.
Salary: £145-£230 per day.
