Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the needs of children and young people with disabilities
  • Conduct home, school, and community visits to assess their needs
  • Collaborate with health, education, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of children with severe and profound disabilities, particularly in relation to short breaks support for them and their families.

The estimated salary for this position is £43,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on experience.
