Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Graduate Academic Mentor/Learning Support Assistant. This position is ideal for those passionate about supporting students in their academic and personal growth.

As a Graduate Academic Mentor/Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities, helping them overcome barriers to learning and promote inclusion. You will work closely with teachers to develop students' skills and provide ongoing support to ensure academic progress.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate genuine passion for working with young people, previous child-based experience, and Enhanced DBS on the update service. If you have a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives and are committed to providing supportive and inclusive education, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
  • Help students overcome barriers to learning and promote inclusion.
  • Support students with their academic progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop students' skills.
