About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment and develop your skills in a supportive team. As a Behavioural Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs, developing and implementing behaviour plans, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Support Children with Challenging Behaviours: Provide emotional support and guidance to students who require additional help managing their emotions and behaviours.
  • Develop Behaviour Plans: Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with Teachers and Other Professionals: Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
