Requirements
  • Psychology Graduate: A degree in Psychology or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Behaviour Management Experience: Previous experience in behaviour management or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
