Quality Assurance Lead

About the Role
Achieving for Children is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to support the Head of Practice Learning and Principal Social Worker in coordinating quality and performance review across Early Help and Children's Social Care for the Royal London Borough of Kingston and the London Borough of Richmond.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the core auditing programme, conducting deep dives and table top reviews, and working closely with the intelligence service to understand patterns and themes emerging across practice.
The Quality Assurance Lead will champion the voice of the child and family through feedback loops, helping to understand the impact of practice and interventions on outcomes for children.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.
You will need to be educated to degree level in social work, with proven evidence of continuing professional development and registration with Social Work England.
Experience in coaching and mentoring, management in children's social care, and a strong understanding of legislation and national policy related to children and families is also essential.
