Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £18.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our clients. Additionally, you will have access to flexible working arrangements, paid enhanced DBS, and up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).

About the Role

As a Care Support Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and household management.
  • Encouraging social interaction and community engagement.
  • Supporting clients with financial management and budgeting.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.

Your experience in social care is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities. We are committed to helping you grow professionally and personally.
