About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Support Professional to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a Relief Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide health advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, including ordering medicines, labelling, and dispensing prescriptions.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient dispensary operations and minimize dispensing losses.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and colleagues, providing tailored support and advice to meet individual needs.

Requirements

  • Either an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services or working towards and having completed the first year of an MPharm course at university.
  • Completed a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent, with support provided to complete our training within 6 months of joining.
  • A genuine passion for customer care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
