As an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services. Your expertise will support Pharmacists and other Healthcare professionals to verify the accuracy of medications, free up time for additional services, and oversee the Dispensing Team Members.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ordering and checking medicines, dispensing, and endorsing prescriptions
  • Final accuracy check of dispensed items before supply to patients
  • Overseeing Dispensing Team Members
  • Preparing, supplying, and checking prescriptions
  • Providing advice and support to patients and colleagues

Requirements

We are seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Pharmacy Regulator (GPhC) and the recognised Accuracy Checking Qualification. You should possess a passion for patient and customer care, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
