">We are seeking an empathetic support associate to join our team in Kingston.
You will be working with adults who have learning disabilities, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.
">Key Responsibilities
">Your primary responsibilities will include:
">Providing individualized support to adults with learning disabilities
">Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
">Facilitating group activities, promoting socialization and skill development
">Maintaining accurate records and reports
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must possess:
">A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
">Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
