Job Description

The Administration Assistant will provide high-quality administrative support to our Director of Development and People Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Oversee office maintenance, facilities, and equipment, liaising with third parties when necessary.
    • Manage office procedures, including risk assessments, signage, and fire safety tests.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors, and handling packages.
    • Maintain administrative systems and databases, ensuring accurate records and data entry.
    • Procure office supplies and equipment, keeping the break room stocked with essentials.
    • Coordinate and schedule social events.
  • Recruitment Support:
    • Create and publish job ads online.
    • Maintain candidate tracking databases.
    • Schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at $50,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience.
