Construction Project Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Swansea.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in estimating and a proven track record of working on construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate site visits and gather information as needed.
- Analyse project drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for all aspects of the project.
- A strong understanding of the construction industry and its processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
- A Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is an advantage.
