Commercial Project Coordinator

ZipRecruiter is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in South Wales.
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing cost reports and ensuring accurate contract administration.
- Liaising with clients to establish value for money on projects and budgets.
- Reviewing contract terms for new projects and ensuring supply chain partners provide best value for money.
The ideal candidate will have:
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of contract law and the NEC suite of contracts.
- Ability to travel between sites as needed.
With a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in commercial project coordination.
