Key Responsibilities




  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and welcoming patients on arrival.
  • Manage and redirect electronic mail, including test results and correspondence received from secondary care.
  • Arrange and manage appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Process prescriptions for patients upon request, utilizing both electronic and telephonic ordering systems.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and perform other administrative tasks as required.


Requirements and Qualifications



To succeed in this role, you will require English and Maths skills via essential skills training. A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and empathy will thrive in this dynamic environment.
