Care Support Coordinator

Job Description:
The Field Care Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of our care support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of care workers, conducting assessments and reviews of individual services, and working closely with care coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).

* Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments
