Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a bespoke care environment, promoting the rights of individuals, and ensuring high standards of support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of support staff to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with our Area Operation Manager to ensure effective running of the service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Fulfil the registration requirements and performance standards required by the CIW.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within a management role, with demonstrable experience of management within a domiciliary or residential service.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, customer service skills, and computer literacy.

Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £53,000 - £63,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include a refer-a-friend bonus, free DBS check, comprehensive training, career progression, and more.
