Care Home Director Opportunity
">- Lead a team of senior home managers to deliver high-quality care and achieve excellent standards in every home.
- Develop and implement business plans for each home, ensuring commercial results and good quality care.
- Recognize indicators of poor performance or quality and take swift action to remedy.
- Mentor new home managers and support existing ones to deliver best practice.
About You
- You will have experience managing complex homes or groups of homes, leading diverse teams to deliver good quality and commercial results.
- With a solid understanding of care regulation, you can identify indicators of poor performance and act effectively using management information to drive decision-making.
- Your guiding ethos should be kindness, driving continuous improvement to ensure our homes are the best in class.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary up to £70,000 per year (based on 40 hours).
- Pension scheme and paid DBS/PVG.
