UK Care Homes Senior Director

Smartcall Healthcare is a well-established provider of high-quality care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to residents in over 260 homes across the UK. We are seeking an experienced and accomplished UK Care Homes Senior Director to join our team in Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with NMC PIN to lead a group of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers in delivering exceptional care and best return for investors.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a complex home or group of homes, leading diverse teams to deliver good quality and commercial results. With a solid understanding of care regulation, you will be able to identify indicators of poor performance and poor quality and act effectively using management information to drive decision making.
