As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualised care plans. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and positive environment, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each resident.

Responsibilities:

- QCF Level 3 qualified or equivalent
