Care Manager Residential Care Home

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Carer to deliver high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents in a residential care setting. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, training and supervising colleagues, and delegating tasks as needed.
Your duties will include administering medication, reviewing resident care plans, and liaising with healthcare professionals and family members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with previous experience in a residential care setting. You should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to make informed decisions, and demonstrate a commitment to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
We offer a competitive rate of pay between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and rewards, including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing tools, and retail discounts.
