Job Summary
This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled Senior Carer to join our care team in a residential care setting. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with other care staff to ensure their needs are met.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of care staff to provide person-centred care
- Training and supervising colleagues to ensure high standards of care
- Administering medication and reviewing resident care plans
About the Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in health and social care, preferably with NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Previous experience in a residential care setting is essential, as is your ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff.
