We are seeking a highly skilled Care Team Lead to join M&D Care’s Supported Living Service in Swansea.

Reporting directly to the Registered Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the care team, advocating for individuals, and providing person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with mental health, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
  • Maintaining a high standard of written and reading English, as well as numeracy skills.
  • Staying knowledgeable about equal opportunities and their impact on employees and service users.
  • Working independently, taking sole responsibility for a service or work area during shifts.
  • Effective communication at all levels.

The Care Team Lead will work 37.5 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in care, with at least one year of service.
