Senior Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Manager to join our team at M&D Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with complex needs.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
- You will work closely with our Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided and making recommendations for improvement.
- You will be a passionate advocate for the rights and dignity of our residents and will work to promote their independence and wellbeing.
- You will have a strong understanding of the care sector and the regulatory framework, and will be able to provide guidance and support to our care staff.
Requirements:
- You will have a minimum of QCF level 3 in health and social care, or equivalent, and be working towards level 4/5.
- You will have experience of working in the care sector, with a strong understanding of the regulatory framework and service delivery.
- You will be a passionate and compassionate individual, with a strong commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of vulnerable adults.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You will be able to provide leadership and guidance to our care staff, and will be able to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
