We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community outreach program, you will be responsible for working with clients who require emotional and physical support to live their lives to the fullest.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in care work within the last year or 1 year in the last 5 years. You must also have a valid right to work in the UK, as we do not offer sponsorship. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the locations of our services.

In this role, you will work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to build positive relationships and provide high-quality care and support. You will also be required to undergo DBS checks and reference checks.

As a Care and Support Coordinator with Brook Street Social Care NMR, you can expect a competitive salary of £12-15 per hour (PAYE) plus holiday pay, which is separate from your hourly rate. You will also have the opportunity to work in various settings and gain valuable experience.

Our benefits package includes weekly pay, paid PAYE, pension scheme entitlement, double pay on Bank Holidays, and access to specialist support through our Mental Health First Aiders. We also offer free training and refresher courses, including manual handling, medication management, and personal budgeting.
