We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality care and support to young people with autism in a residential setting.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- To maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- A driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to transport young people.
- Previous experience in Health and Social Care is welcome, but not essential.
- You must be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
- Shift patterns include days, sleep-in shifts, and flexible hours to balance work and personal life.
- Competitive hourly rates, starting from £12.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
