**Estimated Salary:** £25,000-£28,000 per year (based on 40 hours per week), plus an annual location allowance of £1,500 paid over 12 months.
**Job Requirements:
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Support Worker will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently.
- Working closely with each resident, tailoring support to their unique needs and aspirations.
- Ensuring the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met through a supportive and caring environment.
- Supporting our residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
- Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our residents, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
