About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Support Worker to join our team at Support Ethics Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in various settings, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on care and support, including personal care activities, emotional support, and companionship. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans
- Diploma or certificate in healthcare or a related field
- Experience working in healthcare or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client care
