Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker in Healthcare to join our team in Swansea. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with dementia, life limiting disorders, and end of life care. You will assist residents with daily tasks, take them on trips out in the community, and provide emotional support and companionship. We offer a competitive salary of £12.81 per hour (including holiday pay) and a range of benefits.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a UK social care setting and be able to demonstrate empathy, caring, and resilience. A driver's license and own vehicle are desirable, but not essential. We require a current Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain.
