Community Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Care Worker to join our team in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with dementia and life limiting disorders. As a Community Care Worker, you will assist residents with daily tasks, support them during trips out in the community, and provide end of life care. We offer a competitive salary of £12.81 per hour (including holiday pay) and a range of benefits.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a UK social care setting and be able to demonstrate empathy, caring, and resilience. A driver's license and own vehicle are desirable, but not essential. We require a current Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain.
