Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care worker to join our team of support drivers. As a driver with access to your own vehicle, you will be working alongside organisations that provide support to adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities within supported living settings.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about promoting independence and aiding individuals with fulfilling life skills and household tasks, as well as helping them engage within their local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist residents with daily activities, including personal care and mobility support
- To transport residents to various destinations, such as medical appointments, day trips, and social events
- To maintain accurate records of resident interactions and progress
Requirements:
- 6 months UK-based care experience in the last year or a year in the last 5 years
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks
- Ability to undertake personal care and provide emotional support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
