About the Role

We are looking for a Community Living Worker to join our team at Work Wales. As a Community Living Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently in their own homes within the local community.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to individuals with disabilities to enable them to develop new skills and friendships
  • Working on a rota basis, including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, public holidays, and sleep-in duties
  • Providing emotional support to individuals, including guidance and encouragement to help them overcome challenges

We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
