The Role:

This Support Worker position requires a caring and committed individual to provide support to clients with their personal care needs. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with their daily personal care needs.
  • Assisting clients with social and recreational activities.
  • Acting as an advocate for clients' health needs and providing emotional support.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Care experience or transferable skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
