About the Role

Community Lives Consortium is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Support Worker to join our team in Swansea, Neath, and Port Talbot.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to providing exceptional support to individuals with learning or physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to promote independence, choice, and control for individuals living in their own homes.

Job Description

As a Lead Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to tenants with complex needs, as well as mentoring other support staff to deliver effective care packages.

Additionally, you will be required to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis, including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, public holidays, and sleep-in duties.

A full current driving licence and Business Class 1 vehicle insurance are essential requirements for this role.
