We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Individual to join our dynamic Recruitment team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of education recruitment.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Recruitment team in sourcing and placing teaching and learning support staff in various educational roles. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent by posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with schools to fill vacancies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Engagement: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and engage top talent in the education sector.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Sales Support: Provide account management support and ensure a positive experience for our partners and educators.
- Social Media & Events: Maintain a strong social media presence and attend job fairs to promote opportunities and enhance our brand reputation.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education and people, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role. A positive, growth mindset with a willingness to learn is essential for success in this role.
Requirements- A degree in Education or a related field is desirable, but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum plus commission, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
