About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care and household tasks.

- Maintaining accurate records of individual progress and contributing to team meetings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum] salary, commensurate with experience.
