Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Swansea. This role will involve providing person-centered support to an individual with complex physical difficulties, enabling her to access community activities and live her life to the fullest.

Salary: £14.00 per hour (payable for 20 hours worked)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities. As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for driving the family vehicle, supporting the individual with daily activities, and promoting her independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the family vehicle and transport the individual to appointments and community activities
  • Support the individual with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Promote the individual's independence by encouraging her to participate in activities and make decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of the individual's progress and well-being

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and use of a car
  • Experience of supporting individuals with complex physical disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
