Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team in Swansea. The successful candidate will work 39 hours a week, including sleep-ins, and be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £11.60-£12.00.


Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality care and support to children in our care, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and achieve excellent outcomes for our residents.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of our services.
