Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Palliative Care Specialist to join our team in Swansea, West Glamorgan.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated nurse to lead educational initiatives, contribute to innovative practice development, and deliver high-quality patient-centred care.
The Marie Curie Dementia Care and Respite Service will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across West Glamorgan/Swansea Bay University Health Board to support people living with dementia and their families and carers.
Key Responsibilities- To provide expert palliative care services to individuals with complex needs.
- To develop and implement innovative practice developments that improve patient outcomes.
- To lead educational initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.
- Registered Nurse on NMC Register with a relevant Nursing Degree.
- Proven experience in palliative care (hospice/hospital/community).
- Experience in both formal and informal teaching and leading nursing practice developments.
