At Marie Curie, we are dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care and support to individuals and their loved ones. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Nurse to join our community-based dementia service in Swansea, West Glamorgan.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead educational initiatives, contribute to innovative practice development, and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide additional care and respite support for people living with dementia and their families and carers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registered Nurse on NMC Register with a relevant Nursing Degree
  • Proven experience in palliative care (hospice/hospital/community)
  • Experience in both formal and informal teaching and leading nursing practice developments
  • Commitment to continual professional development and reflective practice

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £46,500 per annum (pro rata) plus enhancements, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, continuous professional development, and industry-leading training programmes.
