Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Residential Senior Care Manager to lead our team of care staff and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Bank position, you'll work on a flexible basis to cover annual leave or sick leave, with varying hours and days.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for training, supervising, and delegating duties to our care team. You'll also support with medication administration, resident care planning, and liaising with healthcare professionals. Our ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, experience in residential care, and excellent leadership skills.
