Nurse Manager for Residential Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our residential care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key aspects of the role include developing and implementing individualised care plans, administering medication safely, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.
In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.
