About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team in a Residential Care Home.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to make informed decisions, and demonstrate a commitment to providing individualised care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, training and supervising colleagues, and delegating tasks as needed.

You will also be involved in administering medication, reviewing resident care plans, and liaising with healthcare professionals and family members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with previous experience in a residential care setting.

Working Hours

This is a Bank position, which means your working hours will vary depending on our needs.

You may be required to work at short notice to cover annual leave, sick leave, or other absences.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
