Barchester Healthcare Ltd is a leading provider of care services in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as a Bank Residential Senior Carer. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes, while also leading a team of care staff.
The Role
This is a dynamic role that requires a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills. As a Bank Residential Senior Carer, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, supervising care staff, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will also contribute to the development of our care teams through training and mentoring.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with previous experience in a residential care setting. Proven leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions are essential. We offer competitive pay rates, including £20-22 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
