Domiciliary Care Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Leader to join our team at Abacare in Swansea. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our domiciliary care services and play a key role in delivering high-quality care support services to our clients.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care support services, carrying out regular reviews of individual services, participating in multi-disciplinary review of service users' needs, shadowing new care workers, and conducting on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practice.
  • Qualifications and Experience: To succeed in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users, their family, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure seamless delivery of holistic packages of individual care support.
