About the Role: M&D Care Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill a challenging position as a Registered Care Manager.

We are looking for a driven leader who can effectively manage a bespoke care environment, promoting the rights of individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging needs.

This role will involve working closely with our Area Operation Manager and building strong relationships with customers, care managers, and stakeholders to deliver high standards of support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the rights of each person we support and keep their wishes at the centre of their care and support.
  • Work closely with our Area Operation Manager to ensure effective running of the service.
  • Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Fulfil the registration requirements and performance standards required by the CIW.
  • Complete assessments for the people we support, support plans, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver a high standard of support services for the people we support.
  • Ensure high standards and best practices are maintained at all times.
  • Support, develop, and manage support staff within your service area.
  • Provide leadership and consultation with your team including supervisions and appraisals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within a management role, with demonstrable experience of management within a domiciliary or residential service.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, customer service skills, and computer literacy.
  • A commitment to enabling people to live fulfilled and independent lives both within their homes and the wider community.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include a refer-a-friend bonus, free DBS check, comprehensive training, career progression, and more.
