Job Description

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Senior Care Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can lead a team of care staff, providing person-centred care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a residential care setting, proven leadership skills, and the ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of our Residents.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have a warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed approach to giving each resident individualised care and support.
