Estimated Salary: £44 per hour (weekdays) and £13 per hour (weekends)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at Living at Home. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality personal care services to our clients, promoting independence and enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Care Assistant or similar role, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each client. You will work closely with our management and other carers to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making and collaborative goal-setting
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as dementia care, falls prevention, and end-of-life care
