We are a leading provider of domiciliary care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality support to individuals in their own homes. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and we are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description

The role of the Field Care Supervisor is to support the delivery of our home care services by carrying out a range of functions in the field, including assessing and reviewing individual services and providing practical supervision, instruction, and support to care workers. You will work closely with Care Coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account the needs of individual service users and the skills and attributes of care workers.

You will conduct regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments, and participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs. You will also shadow new care workers in the field to ensure their competence and carry out on-site observations and evaluations of care worker practice as part of routine supervision or in response to performance concerns.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, pension scheme, Benefits and Well-being Platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
